Please ensure that you have provided accurate delivery details including a safe place for the product to be left if you are not home to receive it. Once delivered as per your instructions we can no longer assume liability for you product. 

 

Shipping Information. 

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 30 to 45 days for your items to arrive via our complimentary sea shipping option. "Shipping out" refers to the moment your order leaves the supplier's warehouse and begins its journey to you. Generally, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks from the time of your order for it to ship out, although this timeframe may be extended due to holidays or other factors. Please note that customs may occasionally delay the delivery process, but such occurrences are infrequent. 

Air Shipping 

If you opt for air shipping, which incurs an additional cost, your order will arrive within 15 days after it has shipped out. The shipping out timeframe remains consistent for both methods. We strive to ensure your product reaches you as quickly as possible and prioritize your satisfaction. 

Aus express option

The new express option is now available just like the rest, but this is our 7-10 day delivery option (Australia ONLY). it takes 7-10 days after shipped out to deliver to you, please note that there will be no logos on either the kits or the 48v20ah,52v20ah batterys and a sine wave controller instead of Sqaure wave.

Tracking Numbers: 

Tracking numbers are not provided initially, as tracking is typically available only once the package arrives in Australia, the UK, or the USA. If you include your phone number when placing your order, you will receive notifications regarding the delivery status.
