Refund policy

Warranty
Our ebike Kits come with a two-year warranty, while the batteries are covered by a one-year warranty. We will try all differant ways to get it fixed before you send it out as to it might have not been our issue. In the event that your ebike encounters an irreparable 
issue and you wish to return it, please note that the shipping costs will be your responsibility. If any issues arise we will make every effort to address and resolve them.

Refunds

we do not accept refunds, if you mistake a order please message us asap and if we reply in time you may have a chance of your order being refunded but there will be a fee (for you).
