Confused about the requirements or what you need to get started?
Welcome to our guide for beginners! This page is designed for those new to our e-bikes and seeking the perfect model to start their journey. There are installation tutorials available across youtube.
Frame
Step One.
Find out your bikes dropout size, inner frame, and wheel size. First you will need to ensure your bike is going to fit any of our batterys, to confirm this you must measure the inner frame of the bike where the battery sits, then compare those measurements with one of our battery photos that have included the measurements.
Wheel
Step Two.
Now you're sure the battery will fit, you need to confirm the wheel will fit. Start by taking off your original back wheel as the chain is no longer needed. Measure the length from where the wheel sits in place and confirm the length. if it is smaller than 135mm as most bikes are you can usually stretch the frame out a couple mm to fit the ebike wheel provided. Some Bikes are 150mm so our 3000w or 5000w have a option to be suited for that. You also need to make sure part has a huge U in it looks like the photo provided as it will need to fit the ebike axle. (you may need to file it down when installing to fit perfectly) Final step for the wheel is to check your rim size, order the right rim size according to what your bike already is.
1500w-5000w
Power Suggestion
Now your sure most of our ebikes will fit, but your still unsure of what power will suit you. All battery's depend on how far, what terrain, and how fast you plan to ride as it all can depend on those factors as well as more like the weather. The higher AH battery's give alot better range and are suitable for those who want to ride around unplanned as well as get to a destination.
You can always upgrade and sell what you have or simply just purchase a new kit and battery as long as it fits your old bike.
NO EXPERIENCE RIDERS - 1500w - 2000w will be perfect as they have a great amount of power, speed and torque allowing you to enjoy your rider everywhere. 2000w is 25% more powerful than a 1500w but not insanely different like a 3000w.
LITTLE EXPERIENCED RIDERS - if you have road a ebike/dirtbike or any type of vechile more than once with a throttle and have confidence then our 2000w will be perfect. Our 2000w has more torque than a 1500w but alot less than a 3000w making it suitable for slight experience riders as the power is easy to learn and suitable
LOTS OF EXPERIENCE RIDERS - If your here you're probably already skipped everything but just want to know what power is perfect. 3000w is by far the best power as it has the perfect amount of torque and a very high top speed, this is not a starting bike unless you have had plenty of experience riding bikes as this power does not say sorry. 5000w is almost overkill for most riders but can be a upgrade option once you believe your ready.
